Urfi Javed is a popular Indian television actress and social media influencer. Recently she faced an unusual situation. Her Instagram account, usually in the limelight for her fashion and statements, was temporarily suspended. She shared a notification screenshot, creating a buzz.

Despite the suspension, her account remained visible, perplexing followers. The message from Meta, Instagram’s parent company, cited a breach of community guidelines. Unexpectedly, Urfi later disclosed that Meta admitted an error, apologized, and reinstated her account.

Javed is known for sharing revealing photos and videos in bizarre outfits on her Instagram account to gain publicity. She has around 4.2 million followers on Instagram.

This is not the first time Javed has been in the news for her social media activity. She was in the news last month for her fake arrest video that went viral on social media. The video showed her being arrested by Mumbai Police for wearing inappropriate clothes, but it was later revealed that the video was created as promotional content for a fashion brand. However, on social media, where the video was shared without any context, many people assumed that Javed had been arrested by Mumbai Police for wearing short clothes.

Javed also gained more limelight after she appeared in the first season of Bigg Boss OTT, hosted by Karan Johar and streamed exclusively on Voot in 2021. She was the first contestant to get evicted from the show on the eighth day itself after Zeeshan Khan broke his connection with her on the fourth day and paired with Divya Agarwal, who ended up winning the show.
